Upcoming event: WASSER BERLIN INTERNATIONAL

 

WASSER BERLIN INTERNATIONAL 2017 is considered one of the most important trade fairs on drinking water and waste water on an international level, bringing together professionals from all over the world specialised in developing solutions in the water sector.

The event, which boasts a top-quality congress programme, has become a central meeting point for the international water industry and a forum for discussion that aims to address the multiple challenges faced in the management of water resources.

From March 28th to March 31st, 2017, Berlin will open its doors to welcome all visitors interested in learning more about new sector developments and prospects at an event that hosts around 550 exhibitors from over 25 countries.

WatEner will be exhibiting at stand 211, located in HALL 3.2, presenting its technological solution for suppliers that improves efficiency in water management and energy optimisation in drinking water supply systems. As an example of the company’s success, the platform was implemented in the municipal drinking water service provider of Karlsruhe (Germany), which delivers water supply services to around 400,000 inhabitants in Germany. To quote the Head of the Supply Division, “WatEner has accomplished the initial goal of reducing energy consumption at our pumping stations by 5% to 7% through an optimisation of the pumping schedules

 

Over the course of a few days, the fair will provide a setting for visitors to address issues such as climate change and adaptation strategies, prospects for water management and expectations for the coming years, water supply, environmental compatibility and solutions for sustainable water management, operation and maintenance of distribution networks and channels, or new technologies for drinking water and waste water treatment, among others.

The event is ultimately a great networking opportunity that will give visitors a grounding in concepts of cutting-edge environmental technologies for water and waste water management and will provide a chance to establish contact with experts and entrepreneurs from Germany and Europe.
